Self-limiting beliefs prevent women from reaching their full potential. With courage, determination, and passion, women have worked tirelessly towards their aspirations knowing the journey will never be easy, but always be worth it. Together, we can break down barriers and create an environment where women are empowered to succeed.
At a time when most deals were done on the golf course, women traditionally didn’t venture there. For fear of not being able to play, not knowing what to wear, or simply not being invited because of their gender.
Although times have moved on, the principle remains the same. If we’re not part of that club, we need to make our own. Curated by CEO Wendy Dean, this personal development retreat will provide female leaders with the tools they need to defy challenges, push boundaries, and change the business landscape, which traditionally was a man’s world.
Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, surrounded by women who want to celebrate and challenge you to be your best self, with sessions devised to celebrate women in business and leave you feeling empowered, focused on your future, and broken away from your self-limiting beliefs.
Over the two-day retreat, you will dive head-first into a new way of thinking as a female leader. Not only will you experience transformative sessions and conversations, but you will also relax and unwind with delicious pastries in the private room in the mornings, a group lunch of fresh sandwiches, pasta salads, and other delights, and wind down in the serenity of your luxurious hotel room.
